I had a good experience with NCF living. This is the second time I visiting the shop. Today your staff VIv helped me to find out good mattress and bed for my new home. Viv is excellent girl, she helpe me lot and explained everything well.
Was really pleased and happy with the service we received in store! Amanda gave excellent customer service and was really helpful as we went in not 100% knowing what we were after, and she was a brilliant help 😄
Came into store today and was looked after by Hareema. She was very patient and talked us through a wide range of options. We finally decided on the 2 and 3 seater recliners. The process was really simple and straightforward thanks to hareema being so professional and making sure nothing become too overwhelming.
Just bought a fabulous smart sofa from NCF Living, Cardiff. Choice of fabrics, styles and sofas were all great and Stuart was so helpful, he looked after us even after our 4th visit and 50th question! Thank you so much, can't wait for it to arrive now 😍

I pop in to the Derby branch looking for a sofa were I was greeted by a lady call paige see started to ask my what I was looking for and ? In relation to what money I was looking to spend let me have time to browse ,nothing was to much trouble and service was of a very good standard start to finish
Was looking for a new Bed spontanously due to some water damage at my dorm, simmy jumped right into action and helped me find a quick replacement with exactly the right measures! Lovely experience
