I've been participating in the learning to better my communication skills to be more effective in dealing with others. I consider myself to be decent when interacting with people but wish to be excellent at understanding people and how thay operate. The NCI University has been doing exactly that. It has given me incredible incite into how people receive, comprehend and respond to inputs. As well, the tools I need to effectively deliver my message, to see what makes individuals move in my direction. I will continue to follow with the teachings and apply them into my everyday.
