I would absolutely recommend NCI. Chase has , dare I say , obsessively , devised a system where years of knowledge has been simplified into strategic frameworks that are accessible to those that use them . This not only helps understands others better but can also be used for self reflection and help identify areas where you can improve . I’m a Psychiatrist and find the models Chase teaches so useful in my day to day practice with both patients and colleagues as well as my own life. I find myself looking forward to Friday night live and playing his podcasts on long car journeys . For instance , the simple yet genius concept of being your own butler has been transformative in my opinion. It helps people who so often give out to others feel comfortable about prioritising self care because it makes you feel you’re doing it for someone else ( your future self!) which comes naturally to you. Being the ‘ slowest person in the room’ and being aware of the pendulum between collapse , composure and posturing to name but three . Brilliant I’m so glad he and his team have found a way of sharing this knowledge. 😊
