I love all the videos and information. I can see the impact this is having on my life. I’m honestly still not very good at labeling behavior correctly, but I definitely see patterns in behavior and have much more compassion for myself and those around me. The success mapping call was also very helpful! My favorite part of the whole course, however, has been Friday night live sessions. Thank you!
