Been using the NCP car parks for years, I now pay via the app. I made a mistake last night night by paying for a car I no longer own as it was set as my default, I had to then repay for my current car. I filled in a refund request and i had an email a few hours later to say they had processed my refund. Quick resolved response from them, quicker and easier and cheaper to pay via app 😁
