I made a mistake and put the incorrect registration for the drop off at Gatwick.
I contacted NCP and asked for a refund on the incorrect registration using their online form.
Which they promptly.

I paid via the app and I hadn’t updated it so it still had my old car details on. Totally my own fault. My partners session then paid for the correct vehicle on his app. I contacted NCP to see if I could be refunded and they sorted the refund out for me the next working day.
NCP had clear guidance on how to claim a refund for a booking at Birmingham Airport.
Mary processed it within hours of my completing their online form and providing the documentary evidence they quite properly require.
Full marks and I will certainly use their service at Birmingham Airport in future.
I contacted NCP staff to sort out issues I had with parking and payment at their Corby retail park car park.
The staff named Lory was super helpful and saved me from a fine because I got home from shopping and had an emergency to sort out and totally forgot to pay through the app.
Lory was very understanding and helpful and exempted my car from getting a fine after I explained what happened.

Realised after an hour id typed wrong reg in via the app, spoke to adviser assured me that id not get a parking fine, as long as parking is paid, there should be an option to switch vehicles reg during parking if selected wrong one, maybe a "incorrect reg button" and to be able to switch over especially if anpr
I made the rookie mistake of choosing the wrong car in the app when I parked today. I didn't realise this mistake for several hours and was really worried about getting a fine.
I used the chat feature in the app. It was so easy to use and very quick to get hold of someone. Heidi came to save the day and said they would correct the mistake, and advised me to double check in future, I have also checked the default car her her guidance and it was definitely the wrong one! Silly me.

Great online prices. I accidentally booked parking for the wrong car and immediately bought parking for the right car. It was easy to contact customer services and ask for a refund. This company is unbelievable. I made a payment last week and was told that case had been closed. I asked them to write to me confirming case was closed they said they couldn’t do that. Today I receive another letter asking me to pay £100.00. I have already emailed but have not had a response.
Parking here is extremely expensive. The area has a foul odor, and it's common to see individuals sleeping near the vehicles. It's frustrating for employees who have to pay full price every time they work, with no discounts offered. Additionally, the lack of an auto-renew system leads to unexpected fines. Overall, it's a disappointing experience with this parking facility.
