I ordered Neafs refills over 10 days ago. I still haven't received any updates on whether the order has even been shipped! Oh my God! It's the XXIst century! You buy something online and immediately get information when your order will arrive! I've sent them about five messages, both through their website and by email! No one has even responded! They're scamming people! Give me my money back!Update 16.09.2025I gave it one star, but it turned out the problem was with the Irish store, not the UK store. I received immediate help and a refund from Neafs UK! Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, customer service in Ireland is non-existent. Such a shame. Thank you so much, Richard, for your help!
