I placed an order on January 17, 2026 on for a device and two packs of sticks. More than a week later, the order is still marked as “processing” with no shipping confirmation.
I contacted Neafs multiple times through their website contact form and also sent several emails and message on Facebook but I have not received any response at all.
At this point, there has been no delivery, no update, and no customer service communication. Very disappointing experience, especially for a paid order. I would not recommend ordering unless customer support and delivery reliability improve.

The same old story

The same old story. One Teo after the other gives up. Just ordered 2 new Teos and one of them already stopped working after 2 days! I tried to register both. But as there is no serial number to be found it wasn’t possible. Please send a replacement asap.Regards Uta

Neafs heated sticks not performing

I recently bought a bundle deal from Neafs for the heated nicotine sticks, it was a good offer. Unfortunately the sticks don't heat up enough to get a satisfying smoke. I've been using neafs for a long time now and have never had this issue. I sent an email to neafs support 6 days ago but haven't received a response, which seems to be quite a common problem with their support service.
