My Neabot stopped working the other day, it will not power on. I tried resetting, even disconnected the battery for 5-minutes and no luck.Customer support is worthless!!! They want a picture or video of the product not turning on!? How stupid is this. I also provided the serial number, but they want a picture of it!? Stupidity at it best. They also want the registration email, I DO NOT HAVE IT! I clean up my emails and it got deleted.They lost me as a customer and I hope you stay away from this ridiculous company.
