After the last Tray stopped working

After the last Tray stopped working. I posted on here. After many weeks & many emails i got a replacement tray sent 6 weeks ago now this one has developed a fault There is hundreds of customers having problems with them in a FB group

Employees were lovely to work with

Employees were lovely to work with. They asked for pictures of our issue....and then immediately provided us with a replacement for the defective part no questions asked. Nice to see a company standing behind its product (which we love by the way!).

Litter turned to mud …

Litter turned to mud where urination happened and stuck to my cats fur with dry litter. He was a filthy mess.

Buyer beware, return shipping is on you!

Neakasa needs to do a better job of making their return policy clear. I printed out a shipping label today through UPS because they said I'm on the hook for return shipping (the odor control was not sufficient). Return shipping cost over $80! If I had known return shipping was that much, I would not have gambled with a product I wasn't sure would work for my cats in the first place.They really need to be more transparent about how much return shipping may be up front, or not offer free shipping so customers understand the potential scale of shipping costs because it's ridiculous to be out $80+ for a product I don't get to keep because the advertised features didn't deliver in my case.I am a federal employee currently working without a paycheck due to the shutdown. I bought this litter box before the government shutdown happened, and after it didn't live up to my expectations I decided it was best to get my money back since I am not getting a paycheck in the near future. But Neakasa showed no consideration for my situation and I'm out $87 for a litter box that didn't work for my situation.

Fantastic Decision

After ordering, I got the tracking information quickly and the M1 was delivered early. The setup instructions were clear and easy to follow. And the litter box!! I didn't know why I waited so long to buy one; it makes cat ownership (or being owned by cats - iykyk) so so so much easier! Great product, great company!

Great for large cats!

This is great for multi-cat use. The app is easy to use. I purchased this because I needed something bigger than my last robot litter box. The top entrance makes for more space for the cat. I have a large, 18lb cat. My only issue is the litter not staying in the box. He flings it out & makes a mess on the floor. The additional step you can purchase with it makes for an easier clean up, saves wasted litter that you can pour right back into the box. The litter box is also very quiet during the cleaning process. It has been 1 week & the waste bin still is not full. There is also no smell. I feel like I am saving a lot of litter compared to the previous robot litter box I was using.
