I purchased the bike support for my Garmin 515 radar weeks ago. Sadly, the package was lost & never arrived. I contacted Neat-Components who were more than understanding. They decided to replace the support ( and even waited for me to return from vacation - 2 weeks, before sending the package) ; It arrived last Friday.
