I would give less than 1 if it were an option. Ordered 2 items for grandkids. Order placed and quickly received notification of shipping. Waited for movement. Finally left Spain, I should have checked closer. Then email that it made it to the United States, this taking 3 weeks. Finally received email that it had made it to Sioux Falls on 12/8 Apparently it is still there! I’ve emailed several times and told to be patient twice, told they would resend once, but they cannot send a refund because the order has been sent out!! 😡🤬
