As many other reviews mention, I never received my order.

They provided a tracking number that kept showing “in transit” for weeks. Then, two months later, only after I contacted customer service, they suddenly claimed the package had been delivered a month earlier and told me to follow up with my local USPS office.

However, the tracking number they originally provided was not even a USPS tracking number.

They are now refusing to issue a refund for an order that was never delivered. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

Horrible company do not order from them. I ordered a electrical testers November 22. This is February 10 and they’re still not here.And they will not give me a refundNeedless to say, I am infuriated probably will stop ordering anything off of TikTok

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Just like all the others, I ordered something from this seller in the Beginning of December and continuously checked status. The original tracking says still in transit. They kept providing me a new tracking number later saying our USPS delivered it to my mail box. FIRST OFF, ITS A CAT SCRATCHER!! Impossible to fit in my mailbox. I've requested a refund and they just blow me off telling me to call the USPS or check with neighbors. My Mailman KNOWS me as well as my neighbors. It is HIGHLY unlikely that something for me would have been misdelivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I give them a zero stars! The kids microphone that was bought for Christmas arrived mid January. It was cheap, false advertising that it connects to phones . It connects to mp3 players??? From years ago?? Do not buy anything from this company. I'm waiting to see if I can get some sort of credit. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!

Never got my order and they refuse to refund and I keep getting tracking updates and they’re different every time — from shipping dates to arrivals etc. This is clearly a scam

Never received products and poor customer service.

Ordered two products for stocking stuffers from this company in November. I never received them. I contacted them repeatedly asking them where my order was. My tracking notice said that it was still in transit. The company kept sending me a form letter telling me that it was delivered. When asked when it was delivered they couldn’t give me a specific date. I told them my tracking number was still indicating it was in transit and they responded saying due to a glitch in their system they gave me the wrong tracking number. Continuing to say that the items were delivered when I said that I had never received them. The company neattidyly is not a reputable company and their customer service was a waste of my time. Nothing was resolved. I wasted my money ordering from this company.

0 is the rate. Ordered something for a Christmas prior to thanksgiving. Gave me tracking all they way until dec 18 when it says it was in the US and I have not received it still and it is Jan 7. They will not give me a refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

DON'T DO IT ... MISSED UP MY CHRISTMAS.

I made my order for things for Christmas. I have reached out to this company 4-5 times over these last couple of month to make sure it came before the holiday. All they could say is that it's on the way. Christmas is in 3 days and I still have not received anything.and all they can say is it's on the way and they cannot refund money because it's in transit. I asked them to have it sent to them from wherever it is.

I would give less than 1 if it were an option. Ordered 2 items for grandkids. Order placed and quickly received notification of shipping. Waited for movement. Finally left Spain, I should have checked closer. Then email that it made it to the United States, this taking 3 weeks. Finally received email that it had made it to Sioux Falls on 12/8 Apparently it is still there! I’ve emailed several times and told to be patient twice, told they would resend once, but they cannot send a refund because the order has been sent out!! 😡🤬
