Making a return is a joke with the hoops you have to jump through. Twice waited in the queue for an hour only to get a message machine. Multiple texts sent to get return information with same response received to call support. Has taken well over a month to speak with someone and they try offering multiple deals for less money than I paid. Avoid a frustrating experience, don’t use this company
