I have had nothing but good experiences with my new Nebroo Hearing Aids. I find the units to work very effectively helping me better understand conversations and speakers when I am in a group setting. I have and continue to recommend the Nebroo brand to friends and family members, alike, who are dealing with hearing loss challenges.
The representative was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me with my return, even coordinating with someone to provide me with a better option to avoid any inconvenience. This situation was not due to any issue with the product; I purchased the ear pieces for my mom, hoping she would be willing to use them, but I realized I should have consulted her first. I am returning them unopened and in perfect condition. I would recommend this company based solely on their exceptional customer service and return policy. I have a feeling their products are just as impressive as their support team. Thank you.
I was initially worried that I might find this company to be a scam. However, they are completely legitimate! The hearing aids appear to be of excellent quality and come with great features. Moreover, their customer service is outstanding. While there is a long wait time to speak with someone, once you do connect, they give you their full attention. I even got disconnected once and assumed it was part of a scam, which made me quite upset. But to my surprise, they called me back! They reached out to both the number I provided and the one I was calling from. I can't think of any other company that goes to such lengths. I'm just an average person tired of poor service, and I want to let others know that this is not one of those companies. This is a trustworthy company! I had the pleasure of working with a representative who was fantastic!
I received the upgraded pair of hearing aids today from the company. They are significantly better than the expensive ones I bought two years ago. They fit well and are very comfortable. No annoying sounds at all. I wish I had started with them years ago.

After 10 months with my hearing aids, one of them had an issue. I contacted the support team, and they guided me through testing it. Ultimately, it was determined that it needed to be replaced at no charge since it was under a year since my purchase. I really love how discreet they are, and the instructions for use are very clear and easy to follow. Plus, support is always available.
I called to cancel my hearing aids and spoke with a representative. Since I'm a veteran and can get hearing aids from the V.A., I was ready to cancel my order. However, the representative offered me a discount and a 90-day trial because of the Bluetooth feature, allowing me to talk on my phone and listen to music. It was an offer I couldn't turn down!
I hadn’t received the confirmation for my order. The representative I spoke with helped resolve the issue, and I received the confirmation. I’m looking forward to trying these out and hope to hear better soon. I will share another review after I receive the devices. 🙂
