I was initially worried that I might find this company to be a scam. However, they are completely legitimate! The hearing aids appear to be of excellent quality and come with great features. Moreover, their customer service is outstanding. While there is a long wait time to speak with someone, once you do connect, they give you their full attention. I even got disconnected once and assumed it was part of a scam, which made me quite upset. But to my surprise, they called me back! They reached out to both the number I provided and the one I was calling from. I can't think of any other company that goes to such lengths. I'm just an average person tired of poor service, and I want to let others know that this is not one of those companies. This is a trustworthy company! I had the pleasure of working with a representative who was fantastic!
