Update:It was disappointing to find that Nedbank was just wasting my time and energy…It’s been weeks now, and they haven’t come through on any of the doings they suggested they were going to be able to render.I should have trusted my gut, not going back. It’s been a very disappointing experience. They have wasted a lot of my time and energy.v1.1Long story short. Adversities rendered my move back home to SA from London. I wanted to start fresh. On everything. This included my bank account. The marketing from Discovery Bank enticed me, I was also with them medically before I left.On return. I tried to reach out to Discovery. Nobody got back to me. Fair, it’s January. I then found I could apply for my account via the discovery app. I did this. Subscribed to the top account. In!…Card comes a day late. No further communication thereafter.I’m rambling…After trying to jump hoops for discovery for days. I just decided to go back home. Nedbank.Thank you Ned 🙏 I should’ve doubted you! My experience with everyone from Zokwanda (such a gent!) from service, to Sizakele (an angel!) from private was tremendously World-class👌Thank you for making it feel like “it’s good to be back home” again. 🙏Take care.DY7AN
