Applied for credit card, received sms saying approved in principal send the following - id, payslip and bank statements which I did. Then they come back ‘need IT34’ After a lot of effort I send IT34 to confirm income only to be told sorry it can not be approved. Why waist my time requesting documents after sending sms saying approved in principal. Also have all the emails saying only IT34 is required. No other indication was given that application will not be approved.
I made my monthly payment for my personal loan earlier this month when I received my salary on December 19th. This morning, December 24th, I found that there's almost no money left in my bank account because the debit order still went through as usual. I'm confused as to why my earlier payment didn't cancel the debit order automatically. To make things worse, I'm now informed that I have to wait three working days for the funds to be reversed. Given the holiday season, I won't have access to my funds until January 5th. What about other payments that need to be made at the end of the month? This is unacceptable.

I have encountered the worst customer service imaginable, not just in banking. It's nearly impossible to reach someone knowledgeable; instead, I find myself being transferred endlessly, with no one providing answers. If I do receive information, it often turns out to be incorrect. My emails go unanswered, and when I call customer service, I often get disconnected or sent back into the queue after explaining my issue. Even the feedback department seems ineffective. I am baffled that this bank continues to operate. If I ever manage to retrieve my funds, I will close my account immediately.
This is honestly the worst bank in the country. If I could give zero stars, I would. Even after this review, nothing will change; the bank will continue to provide disorganized and frustrating service. I have a personal loan, and my debit order is scheduled for the last day of the month. Each December, I receive a message asking if they can debit earlier. This year, I missed the message due to spam filters, but I should have received a call instead. I was debited two weeks after my last installment, leaving me in a difficult situation. When I called for help, they said they could do nothing because they sent a message. We can't always respond to texts, especially if they go to spam. I will be switching banks as soon as my loan is settled.
I called in on November 28 to request a reversal from my wallet account back to my main account. As of today, November 2, the funds have still not been reflected, and the expected reversal timeframe has passed. I don't understand why the bank still has this service active when it has been discontinued. This is disappointing.
I had a very frustrating experience with the service team. My attorneys requested the closure of an investment account with the expectation that funds would be available on a specific date. However, the payment has not been received, leading to significant delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved, and the communication has been inadequate. The lack of accountability from the representatives is disappointing.
I've been trying for weeks to lower my overdraft limit, but no one seems to be able to assist me. Every time I call, I'm transferred, and no one ever answers. It's astonishing how a bank can operate in this manner. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had, and I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
