Lost my phone and so had to do a sim swap. Reloaded Nedbank money app, and followed process. Blocked me out Help centre advised to wait 24 hours and reloaded the app again after deleting. Tried again and completed the whole process only to be locked out again with an sms informing we gave halted the process but phone ..... and give them this ref number ... This bank has zero customer satisfaction and therefore I will close my accounts and investment with them
