Went to a branch to get ink bank stamped statements for Visa purposes. The teller told me it would be R40 per months. I said that was fine ie. R120 for 3 months required.When I received the statements it was printed in batches of 10 days and I was charged R480.Phoned my personal banker. She said the teller made a mistake and that the charges was correct a it is R40 per Statement number.I feel handled and ticked off
