Shocking. In Cape Town we waited nearly an hour for a simple Forex withdrawal. We were given a ticket and to to wait as there was just one person ahead of us. After about 40mins, I approached a desk and was told that the forex employee actually left some 10 mins before we arrived and had not returned. The bank was in a shopping centre, so we assumed the employee may return promptly, but after a further 10 mins we gave up and walked out. We were not the only customers left frustrated and disappointed!Appalling service, inefficient and unhelpful staff.( Of which there were many milling around doing very little.)A simple request. Obviously too much trouble.To be avoided.
