I called to have one gutter rehung and was told they had to clean all of them in order to work on the one. I agreed and the crew arrived the next day and worked for about 15-20 minutes, I expected a report about the gutter that we have the issue with and instead, we received a recommendation to clean the roof. We still had a problem with the gutter, so I called another provider that did more or less the same thing but for less money. I called Ned's and went through several iterations of discussions and they finally refunded my money. I give them all the credit for fixing this situation. The main issue was a lack of clarification and unmet expectations. If you contract with Ned's, a national company, be clear on what you need and be sure your expectations are realistic. Our miscommunication caused the issue and they were willing to address the issues so I have no problems working with Ned's in the future.
