They made it right!

I called to have one gutter rehung and was told they had to clean all of them in order to work on the one. I agreed and the crew arrived the next day and worked for about 15-20 minutes, I expected a report about the gutter that we have the issue with and instead, we received a recommendation to clean the roof. We still had a problem with the gutter, so I called another provider that did more or less the same thing but for less money. I called Ned's and went through several iterations of discussions and they finally refunded my money. I give them all the credit for fixing this situation. The main issue was a lack of clarification and unmet expectations. If you contract with Ned's, a national company, be clear on what you need and be sure your expectations are realistic. Our miscommunication caused the issue and they were willing to address the issues so I have no problems working with Ned's in the future.

Gutters over flowed after service on…

Gutters over flowed after service on the first rain. Found out they do not test the gutter downspouts during the service. 5 of the 12 downspouts on my house are clogged. Found a local provider, Chinook who found the issues and flushed them out with a hose. No more issues now

Gutter cleaner service is good

Gutter cleaner service is good, but cleaners should wipe down the windows that get wet from their service so that we aren't left with spotted windows.

They will give you a 7-10 days window…

They will give you a 7-10 days window to come out to cleaning your gutters. It won’t happen. They randomly pick homes to service and you could always end up on the bottom. You could technically call on a Monday and be serviced the next day while the guy who has been waiting for 10 days hasn’t been serviced. They will not give you a day but will say I’ll call you 1 hour before I’m there. Not a very dependable company

I have used this service for years and…

I have used this service for years and every year it gets worse so I am done. I called three times today and got three different prices and a lot of flim flam. I paid 150 last year and they said OMG we should have been charging you at least 250. The first call I made the price was $170, the second time it was $200 hundred and now get this the third time they said that they talked to the guy in charge and they can give it to me with the online 17% discount and the price was $213. When companies are inconsistent they are up to no good. I would gladly pay the $150 for a job they complete in way less than an hour. I am sad because I thought that they were a family run business but Nope just another private equity company buying up all of the family run businesses. Ned is living large and his costumers aren't. It's what's happening and I get it. I run my own business and times are had but this treatment of a long time costumer is not cool. I will find another family owned company. Even if I pay more it's for the right reasons

The company harasses the customer once…

The company harasses the customer once they leave with daily txt and calls form different phone numbers each time, so blocking the numbers does not help.The job was not good. If you only consult them for a job they send out the crew without a scheduled appointment and unexpected. I am glad I was home and able to stop them when I heard the crew climbing on roof to change my newly installed gutters!

They call every day and won't stop.

I have used this company for two years. They were calling me every day to try to get me to use their additional services and to make unwanted repairs. I asked them to stop the calls, but they wouldn't. The constant calls were not worth the aggravation of their service. There are plenty of other gutter cleaners who don't do this.

Cleared debris under gutter covers

After debris had collected under the gutter covers on my roof, neither the gutter cover installer nor the roofer would assist me in correcting the problem even after repeated calls and emails. I called Ned Stevens to see whether they could help. I was impressed with the agent who took my call, explained the service in detail and answered all of my questions. A few days later, two experienced contractors removed the debris and cleaned the gutters to ensure they were all in working order. I will definitely use Ned Stevens again.

Scheduled a cleaning of my gutters

Scheduled a cleaning of my gutters, small house Cape Cod. The 2 workers showed up neither one of them spoke English therefore there was absolutely no communication between us. I had gutter covers in the back of the house, none if the front. They were here for 10 minutes tops!! NO ladder nothing. I called and spoke to a rep he said he would send the video of the job, never happened. I asked for my money back, never heard back from them. Beware!!! Do not use this service!!
