I ordered seeds that were supposed to be cupuacu, but received small black seeds resembling papaya seeds instead, labeled as 'Cocoa.' I contacted the support team for a resolution, either to receive the correct seeds or a refund. They responded with a spreadsheet claiming delivery confirmation, but the seeds I received are clearly not what I ordered. I have filed a complaint regarding this issue.
