Received Incorrect Seeds and Poor Response

I ordered seeds as advertised on the website but received a packet of small round black seeds resembling papaya seeds, labeled 'Cocoa'. I contacted the service asking for either the correct seeds or a refund. The seeds I expected are large and should be shipped in a moist paper towel, making it clear that what I received is incorrect. They responded with a spreadsheet claiming delivery by a postal service. There seems to be a second shipping label that I can't decipher. I've filed a complaint for what I believe to be fraud. I wish there was a class action I could join.

Feeling cheated

I feel completely cheated. I ordered two rare seed types at a high price, but received cheap seeds of a different plant instead. If only I could give zero stars

If only I could give zero stars, I would. After weeks of waiting with no seeds, I was told they couldn't deliver due to my address. I provided a different address but received a package from overseas without any seeds. All I've gotten are automated responses without any real solutions.

A complete disappointment

I can only give them one star because that's the minimum. This seller is a total disappointment. I ordered Elberta Peach Tree seeds but received cornflower seeds instead. Despite providing photographic evidence, they insist that the shipment was correct. I requested a refund and even offered to return the incorrect seeds, but I've heard nothing back since October.
