Dear Sirs, I need to tell our story here and everywhere since we don't know what to do. Myself and a lot of other people have invested to the construction project managed by Mr. Erden Timur company, project name: Nef 05 Kagithane. Nef had to deliver it at mid of 2024. Today Nef had not even start the real construction. As of today 04.07.2025 the construction has not been started. We cannot even receive the real status and information about the project, Nef provides sometimes some photo or video of one machine at site and trying to convince that the construction is going on... last year it was one excavator and this year they show us one pile-driver... but we are not stupid, we understand how the real construction looks like. We don't receive any useful information on the project status from Nef.We cannot take our money back due to extremely bad termination conditions in the Contract. We don't know what to do. I request anyone who read this message, please help us to share this information, maybe it will somehow push Nef to do something... Most of the people who invested to this project would be happy to get even the initial invested amount in dollars, nothin more... but Nef does not suggest it, and if investors will initiate the termination they will loose a big amount of money... I will write this comment everywhere when see any mention of Nef or Erden Timur. Please contact me if you can help us, please... If Mr. Erden Timur will ever see this message, I want to say "PLEASE, WE STILL HAVE A HOPE, DO SOMETHING, WE BEG YOU"
