I understand that construction has still not begun, despite the original delivery date being December 2024. Attention everyone. I want to make it clear that everything described in this comment is my personal opinion. I do not violate any rights or discriminate against NEF company, but this should be clear to anyone considering doing business with this company.We invested in the complex "Kagithane nef 05" 3,5 years ago. According to the contract, the facility was supposed to be completed by mid-2024. As of today, NEF has completed ridiculous reinforcement work on the soil wall and is no longer constructing it properly. We receive ridiculous pictures once a quarter – photos that appear to be work in progress, apparently intended to mislead. It actually feels like our facility will never be built. They even listed this project "Kagithane nef 05" in the "completed" section on the official website (you can check yourself). This is the ultimate mockery of investors. We feel cheated, nothing is changing for years. We urge everyone to pay attention to this complex. I ask journalists, observers of development industry and anyone interested to contact me to conduct a public investigation into the activities of NEF on the project "Kagithane nef 05", which now looks like one of the biggest scams in the history of development in Turkey.I beg not to delete this comment, despite the requests of the Nef company, everything written here is the Truth.
OMG... I just realized that Nef marked the project Nef Kagithane 05 to the category "completed" at the official website. Nef, Mr. Erden Timur, HELLO!!! You haven't even started the construction! People are trying to knock on your door from all sides - they write to media, prosecutor, goverment, everywhere jsut to force Nef to start the project. and you just gave to it the status "completed")) was it done to mock people or jsut mistake?
Dear Sirs, I need to tell our story here and everywhere since we don't know what to do. Myself and a lot of other people have invested to the construction project managed by Mr. Erden Timur company, project name: Nef 05 Kagithane. Nef had to deliver it at mid of 2024. Today Nef had not even start the real construction. As of today 04.07.2025 the construction has not been started. We cannot even receive the real status and information about the project, Nef provides sometimes some photo or video of one machine at site and trying to convince that the construction is going on... last year it was one excavator and this year they show us one pile-driver... but we are not stupid, we understand how the real construction looks like. We don't receive any useful information on the project status from Nef.We cannot take our money back due to extremely bad termination conditions in the Contract. We don't know what to do. I request anyone who read this message, please help us to share this information, maybe it will somehow push Nef to do something... Most of the people who invested to this project would be happy to get even the initial invested amount in dollars, nothin more... but Nef does not suggest it, and if investors will initiate the termination they will loose a big amount of money... I will write this comment everywhere when see any mention of Nef or Erden Timur. Please contact me if you can help us, please... If Mr. Erden Timur will ever see this message, I want to say "PLEASE, WE STILL HAVE A HOPE, DO SOMETHING, WE BEG YOU"
I have also invested to the NEF 05 Kagithane project. I see that people are waking up after 3 years of waiting and hoping that the construction would ever start... but it must be admitted that nothing changes. It is very sad that a developer with such a name and trust credit does not fulfill its obligations. I still have a hope, but it is melting with each passing week, when there is no one at the construction site except of security... I don't know what should be done to force NEF to start the construction
Attention!!! This is the worst experience I ever had in investments!I bought NEF 05 Kagithane apartments more than 3 years ago with the delivery deadline in 2024. As of now they didn't even start the construction activities..... hundreds of people waiting for any activities. But the worst thing is that they don't even provide the real information about the project. Nothing has changed for 3 years. Please NEF reply - when will you start our project????????????
