I am absolutely impressed by the lovely journey which Neha has designed which is totally scientific and proper steps are taken to coach beginners who are unaware about yoga ,pranayam and meditation So that they can heal and cure themselves without the help of medicines. After attending her sessions I truly feel that Dear Neha is sincerely working not only the physical level but also on mind and soul to free us of dreaded diseases .If we learn this approach all health problems would automatically be resolved without medicines and one will have a disease free life.I strongly recommend this course to all.I sincerely congratulate Dear Neha for such a wonderfully designed course which reflects her true and dedicated will to serve the society.
