I placed an order for a pen from their website, only to find out days later that the order was canceled. They don't produce that model anymore. The second-level support team didn't help at all, saying it wasn't their issue. If the item isn't available, why is it listed on the website? I expected better stock management from them. An online order is a contract, and this company failed to fulfill it while quickly taking my payment. I won't shop here again!
