I ordered a pen from their website, and days later when I checked the order status, I found out they had canceled it. Apparently, this model is no longer available. The support team didn't offer any real help either. If it's not obtainable, why is it listed on the site? I expected them to have it in stock if they're selling it. Placing an order online is a legally binding agreement, which the company failed to honor while quickly taking my payment. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering again!

I wish I could leave no stars; they deserve none! I bought two watch winders, both were defective. They replaced one but took too long to ship the other, causing delays. They offered a price guarantee but then informed me they don't stock that item anymore. After trying to return the other winder, I received an RMA with a long wait for my refund. I faced numerous delays and excuses. I would never recommend shopping here unless you want frustration during the holidays!
I received an email stating a purse I wanted was on sale. I clicked the link immediately, but it was already out of stock. It did come back five hours later, but at full price. Searching online still shows it as on sale, but the link shows the regular price. This feels misleading and disappointing.

The store's service has declined! I bought expensive baby clothes and wanted them gift-wrapped, but was told there’s now a charge for that. The wrapping service was unprofessional, and the only ribbon available was black, not suitable for a baby gift. I was very disappointed.
