A years ago, I bought skin care products from BH store. La Prairie counter sale person made mistake for my products when I placed order on the phone. I want to return the wrong products when I pickup from the store and credit back, but sale person refused for me to return so I made a compliant to the manager on the phone. Next day, store customers service person called me, she seems want to apologize, but her sounds like she was a boss and talking to me as her employee which was very unprofessional and rude. That was very terrible for a customer service person to made customer more upset about her attitude. NM needs to provide a good training program to their employees, I hate to see this great store to deserve for NO start.
