Ordered an expensive evening gown on line which according to their website was available. Quite a while after the order was placed and confirmed by them I received an email saying that the merchandise was not available and that the order was cancelled by them. When I called Neiman Marcus to ask why they even had the item on their website if it wasn't available the NM operator asked me for all my information, had no explanation and then hung up on me. I have ordered thousands of dollars in merchandise from NM over the last several years and I am shocked by this terrible customer service.
