I have been struggling for months with this company. They do not respond to you at all. They have taken so long to book my written exam that all my documents have expired. It's forced me to do all the paperwork myself despite paying these people exactly for this reason. The dont tell you but you still have to pay for your medical exam,€80, and then they will refund you. It's been 4 months and they still haven't refunded me. They keep saying wait 30 days, but it's been more than that. I message them everyday but get little help
