That stress was not about the exam itself, but about the fact that after one year of fighting, wasting time and energy, I had finally managed to get an exam appointment. • Immediately after the exam, your response was not support, but: “Pay more or your order will be cancelled.”Please stop hiding behind words like “package,” “contract,” or “administrative status.”Contracts only have value when a company respects its commitments. You did not respect timelines, you did not respect the agreed location (Bergamo was promised, Milan was imposed), and you did not respect basic customer care.You claim no ultimatums were given. That is false. I was explicitly told that without additional payment, my order would be cancelled.I also want to stress that if I had gone directly to the Motorizzazione and registered independently, the total cost would have been around €300. Instead, I paid €610, and after one year, the only service I received was booking the theory exam twice. When I ask for at least a partial refund reflecting this difference, I am simply told that “refunds are not offered.”I am not asking for favors. I am asking for the service I already paid for — or a refund.Until you demonstrate responsibility with concrete actions, I will not make any further payments.

Please do not refer to packages or contracts as if they justify this situation. A contract only has meaning when both sides respect their commitments. For one year, there was no accountability, no proper communication, and no real support.
I paid €610 and received almost nothing in return except stress and uncertainty. It is not acceptable to demand additional money under these circumstances.
If you truly want a constructive discussion, it must start with acknowledging the reality of what happened — not threatening cancellation as the first option.
They FORCED ME TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW FOR “Sandra” cause she needed a promotion. 11 months no answer, my doc certificate wasn’t valuable no more because of them ignoring me for months. I had to RE-DO everything from scratch. I did and they promised me to give me back my money. They haven’t yet.. ok no problem cause I got plenty of money I don’t care anymore it’s not my biggest issue. my ISSUE IS THAT they finally answered me and were so friendly telling me they will book my written exam which they did.. but only to ask me to write a good review for “SANDRA” cause she is looking for a promotion. Now we are back here again where NOBODY is answering me on the phone or my WhatsApp messages. I paid PREMIUM PACKAGE DECEMBER 2024 and we are almost in DECEMBER 2025. Biggest Italian scam. I will for sure talk about this on my social media and my YouTube channel my 500k followers will know the whole truth. Thank God I have all calls registered and make sure no body ever tries to register with this company again.
The Neith program and teachers especially, Francesco, Lorenzo & Lorena are fantastic. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Neith because of the horrible, practically non existent help you receive when you are experiencing difficulty with the app. Appointments are made for live calls and they are rarely kept.
