Neko is outstanding. The space is beautifully designed, technologically wild & the space and the people immediately put me at ease.
While I’m a huge advocate for preventative healthcare, I don’t enjoy going to the doctor or having tests. But knowledge is power and this experience left me feeling genuinely empowered so much so that I’ll be doing yearly check-ups with them.
A few things that really stood out for me:
✨ My whole body relaxed as soon as I walked in. Neko’s incredible medical team, combined with the design and the flow of the appointment creates a calming energy and will settle any nerves immediately.
✨ Everything in one place: Bloods, ECG, eye pressure, muscle mass, grip strength, blood pressure & more..all done in a single visit, which saves a huge amount of time. Everything was clearly explained: what each marker means, why it matters, and what to aim for if it’s not optimal.
✨ The bloodwork moment (for anyone like me): I told them I get nervous… and mid-sentence, it was already done! It was sent straight to the medical team, so I didn’t have to see anything.
✨ I heard my own heartbeat, a real reminder of how incredible the body is. My ECG flagged something, nothing of immediate concern, but it’s been referred for a cardiology review as a precaution.
✨ The skin scan. After years of living overseas in a sunny climate, Neko mapped 1,913 skin markings and moles with incredible precision; thankfully the results were good but the detail put my mind at ease. Now everything is documented for proper tracking over time, including early detection.
✨ The results are immediate. My medical operator and Dr Varshil Mehta (who also works with the NHS) were exceptional. By the time I was dressed, we were reviewing everything in detail together. The human connection was significant with actionable recommendations. I never felt rushed.
✨Total time: 55 minutes, start to finish.
✨The price point is manageable for this level of detail with the results documented vs having to scroll through paperwork to see the previous years test results.
