The representatives were very kind and tried to assist me, but I was unable to book an appointment as I never received the necessary code on my phone. This issue remains unresolved.

Disappointing experience overall

The booking process and assistance from the support team when requesting a refund were efficient, hence the 2 stars. However, the actual scan and overall experience felt more like a sales pitch for a long-term commitment to monitoring key health indicators like skin cancer, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels, which can be done at a local doctor. Paying £299 or £249 annually for what seems like a private monitoring service is not worth it, especially when local appointments are available. Additionally, despite informing the staff about my hearing loss, there was a lack of consideration for my needs, making it difficult to understand the process. I wouldn't recommend this service as it felt more like a marketing endeavor rather than genuine care.

Website issues prevented booking

I was unable to book a screening because the website link was not functioning. I reported this to the support team, who provided another link, which also failed to work. This has been quite frustrating, especially after being on the waiting list for an extended period.

It's hard to comment as I've been waiting for a long time. I initially booked through social media, and after several months without communication, I tried again via email. When I visited the clinic last summer, I learned that I wasn't on the waitlist, but eventually was told I would be contacted. Recently, I checked again and was informed that I’ve only been on the waitlist since March. While I take some responsibility for the delays, I remain hopeful and will provide another review once I have more to share.

Be cautious before engaging

I signed up some time ago and was alarmed by their recruitment-like strategy that required applicants to refer others to advance in the priority list. I opted out of their mailing list but continued to receive emails without an option to unsubscribe. I would not trust my health to a company with such practices. The information about the founders and their affiliations does not concern me, but I hope this feedback helps others.

Overwhelmed by unwanted communication

I joined the waiting list over a year ago and heard nothing until recently when I started receiving numerous emails and texts pressuring me to join, with no option to unsubscribe. Upon reviewing their website, I realized they offer little more than what I can access through my doctor or pharmacy. I had to reach out to the support team to request they stop contacting me, and while they responded quickly, I remain skeptical. Additionally, one of the founders has controversial affiliations, which adds to my concerns. I would advise against engaging with this service.

After reading the reviews, I’m glad I opted for the full AI body scan and tests. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was professional and confident. The staff explained everything thoroughly and took their time. The tests lasted about 30 minutes, after which I met with a doctor to discuss the results. I was even called back for a complimentary in-depth ECG, and the professionalism of the staff and doctor was commendable.
