They sent a link to view test results (active for only 30 days), but I couldn’t access it due to an issue on their end. It’s been three weeks, and the problem still hasn’t been resolved.Support Team: I contacted support to report that I couldn’t view my results. They said they’d check with their tech team. I followed up several times, but never heard back. It’s now been three weeks with no response.
