I received faulty goods that were not usable. I contacted the seller right away and provided proof of the issues. Instead of resolving it as a faulty item, they insisted I follow their strict return policy which made obtaining a refund very difficult. They required that the product not be used and that the original packaging be in perfect condition, although the faults were evident only through normal use. They demanded the faulty item be returned at my expense to an overseas location, with strict deadlines and the threat of no refund if any conditions weren't met. After I initiated a chargeback through my credit card provider, I received further emails from the seller threatening legal action and penalties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
