Rubbish unbranded product. Took weeks to arrive. Cheap and nasty. Attachments don't fit. No manual. On/off switch erratic. Suction very poor.

I ordered a product expected to arrive through a specific delivery service, but it was delivered by another company. The delivery person left the package outside my door, which I can't fully attribute to the supplier, but it was stolen. When I sought a refund, they just resent the item. By then, I had already bought a replacement due to the delay. Returning the item has been a hassle, as I have to pay for shipping back to an overseas location.

They demanded the faulty item be returned at my expense to an overseas location, with strict deadlines and the threat of no refund if any conditions weren't met. After I initiated a chargeback through my credit card provider, I received further emails from the seller threatening legal action and penalties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
Regrettably, I should have checked reviews first! My initial order, although not the seller's fault, arrived soaked. It contained a vacuum and a window cleaning tool. The seller was quick to respond and sent a replacement, but nearly two weeks later, only part of my order arrived. When I reached out again, they claimed both items had been sent. I found this unacceptable and emailed back, but received no reply. As others have mentioned, the vacuum is subpar and not as advertised. I strongly advise against ordering from this seller.

The delivery was delayed, and the product is flimsy with only one ineffective speed. I was drawn in by their 30-day money-back guarantee, but the lengthy return process is absurd. Many customers likely don't return items because the shipping costs outweigh the product price. This seller is a scam!
I would rate it lower if possible. What was promised as a 7-day delivery took over a month. By then, I had purchased a different item and initiated a chargeback. Now, the seller is threatening legal action and claiming they will charge my account if I don't drop the dispute. I have complied but remain anxious about potential repercussions. This seller is untrustworthy and will try to extract money in any way possible while providing inferior, delayed products. Please avoid!
