If you're considering replacing your windows or doors, I strongly advise steering clear of this service. My experience has been utterly disappointing. There was a complete lack of customer service. I initially contacted them to install windows in my home renovation. The salesperson presented a sample window that I liked, and I opted for their financing plan. However, on installation day, the windows were not what I had been shown and the quality was subpar. The installer directed me to speak with the office manager, who informed me that the specifications had changed since my initial consultation. We reluctantly accepted the windows since the old ones had already been removed. After that, we decided to postpone the bathroom window installation due to ongoing renovations, and the company assured us they would wait for my go-ahead. However, they bombarded me with emails to sign the finance agreement that included the bathroom window. Weeks passed with no updates, and I was repeatedly told it was on order. As Christmas approached, I became increasingly anxious about getting the bathroom window installed. I was promised it would arrive on Christmas Eve, but when I called that morning, I was met with silence. After numerous attempts, I finally reached the salesperson, who informed me that the window would not be fitted that day and might not arrive until after the New Year. The lack of communication and broken promises have left me frustrated. I definitely will not be using this service again and would caution others to avoid them as well.
