Be cautious! They may perform the job well initially, but if you encounter any issues afterward, they won't cover it. Their claims of a 10 to 15-year guarantee are misleading. The staff, especially those in the office, can be quite rude once they've received payment. After changing all my house windows a few months ago, one has become wobbly, and they refuse to address it, insisting it's normal.
