If you're considering replacing your windows or doors, I strongly advise steering clear of this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating. There was a complete lack of customer service. I found them online and requested to have upstairs windows installed in my home, which is under renovation. The salesperson presented a sample window that I liked, and I opted for a financing plan as suggested. However, on installation day, the windows that were fitted were not what I had seen before, and the quality was noticeably different. When I raised the issue with the fitter, he directed me to the office manager, who claimed that the specifications had changed in just four weeks, leaving us with a different, lower-quality window. We had no choice but to proceed since the old windows had already been removed. After the installation, I requested to postpone the bathroom window because we wanted to modify its size. They agreed and told me to inform them when we were ready. However, I kept receiving emails urging me to sign the finance agreement, which included the bathroom window. Weeks later, after measuring for the bathroom window, they assured me it was on order. I followed up regularly, but each time I was told it would arrive the following week, which never happened. They failed to initiate contact; it was always me reaching out. I felt lied to repeatedly, especially since I was already paying for the window. With the holidays approaching, my husband wanted to complete the bathroom renovation during his time off. After six weeks of delays, I was told the window would arrive on Christmas Eve. I expressed the urgency, but again, there was no follow-through. On Christmas Eve, I tried to confirm the installation but received no response. Finally, I spoke to the salesperson, who informed me that the window wouldn't arrive that day and might be delayed until after the New Year. I had previously contacted a manager who, despite my waiting, simply stated they were closed for Christmas. This lack of communication was infuriating. I have received no updates regarding my order since payment, and the customer service has been unacceptable. They could have at least informed me before their holiday closure, but instead, I was left with unanswered calls. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I was considering additional work for downstairs windows and bifold doors, but given the poor customer service and stress, I will not be returning. It feels like they only care about taking your money, and I doubt I'll see my window installed anytime soon.
