I have used Neokyo for a while, and when everything goes smoothly, the service is great. However, I recently had a package go missing, and the experience has been very disappointing.
I reported my package lost in July,only one month after it was shipped. I was told an investigation was opened, and I followed up multiple times over several months. Despite being proactive, I was never informed that the carrier had marked the item as "delivered."
Because Neokyo failed to communicate this status change to me, I was unable to check with my local carrier at the time. Now, months later, they are telling me it is "too late" to do anything because the carrier's 6-month window has expired. They even tried to suggest it was my fault for not chasing them more in December, even though I was already waiting on updates they promised to give.
If your package arrives safely, you'll be happy. But if there is a shipping issue, do not expect Neokyo to proactively monitor your case or protect your insurance rights. Their administrative delays and lack of communication cost me my package and my money. Use with caution.
