now, for the main problem. i'll need to narrate my experience so far to be able to properly present my issue so please stay with me.when i was trading my 2 step 10k account, i was in over $450 solidified profit on the account, not floating. then one day, i happened to exceed the daily maximum drawdown. and even at that, the account never went below 10k and i still had about $37 in profit. naturally i expected to come back at the end of the next day to resume my trading after the timeout would've ended. only for me to be told my account has been breached, even without hitting the maximum allowed drawdown, which requires my account to go below 9,200 from 10,000.i took it up with customer care and was told if i broke any of the rules, even the maximum daily drawdown, i would have the challenge revoked, and that was how all prop firms worked.i found this bogus, since it clearly says maximum DAILY drawdown. but i let it slide anyway.what i found unacceptable was when i asked why wasn't this included in the rules, and i was told it was SOON going to be added to articles. even though this supposed rule had already been in play for years.i find that wholly irresponsible and even fraudulent on the company's part. why would such an important rule be left out and not be corrected for so long?as a first time user, my disappointment is immeasurable.
