Stay away from this SCAM firm. I passed phase 2, did my KYC process, provided all the documents and the KYC got APPROVED. I got my funded account(you cant get funded account if KYC is rejected), traded on the account for a whole month, made profit, reached profit split day, requested payout-and they rejected my payout,saying my KYC got rejected. How is it possible that my KYC was first approved, i traded on the funded account and then when i request a payout it gets rejected? They tagged my KYC with criminal, i have never ever been arrested. I have told them i can prove this by providing a criminal background record, but they are ignoring me for over a month and doesn't answer.I also reached out to sumsub and they told me that they never did my KYC. So this prop firm are probably lying, and rejecting KYC manually.Edit: i reached out to sumsub again, they said my verification got approved, but Neomaaa rejected it manually.
Neomaaa you are lying to me, this is what you are saying, lying and cheating, I passed your challenge phase 1&2, you will give me a funded account, you rejected my kyc, that's all I did, we complained on your social handle and support, but from now on you have blocked me, people will believe any answer you say here, it's just the cheating and scamming you are doing to people, I am telling my fellow traders to avoid this company of yours because you are oppressors, I have seen cases against you of denied KYC and payout, people, be careful with these companies, they are scammers who harm people, people end up suffering, but they come funded, they deny me kyc or payout, that's all, there is no good reason, oppressors only kill scammers, if you don't give me my account, I will report you, that's all I will tell people the truth about you
SCAM,,SCAM,,SCAMafter losing 3 challenges i finally passed the second phase of my 100 k account (account number: 7727610) but when asked for upgrade to receive my funded account got an email from “risk” saying my account is closed permanently for trading from a restricted country “USA”, even though i explained i live in Dubai and never been to USA they refused to open my account, then they say i used a vpn and that was the reason.I send many emails and explained that:- i was on VPN once ( for les than 7 minutes) to make a phone call- there was no trade done while on vpn- and i asked to clearly show me where in their rules and regulations page they state that turning on ur vpn once is mentioned as a reason for account breach, but still no answerMy advice is stay away from these scammers and dont waist your time and money

This firm was recommended by many good friends.I failed few challenge and when I finally passed a challenge, they rejected KYC.I did several KYC using sumsub on many other prop firm. But never had any issue. All my details are same on your profile as documents provided. Rep asked me to email compliance and its been 4 days of no reply. Completely ignored.Rep keep saying to wait more or just the copy paste answer of emailing compliance again. Very frustrating experience. This isn't an experience you guys can provide and expect $$$ from customer in this competitive space. Please spend your money somewhere else. Another SCAM Firm. UPDATE:They emailed back saying KYC Permanently rejected.I reached out to Sumsub and checked my verification result using transaction ID and it was passed.
