The clothes themselves are lovely and well made, which is why this is a difficult review to write. This was my second purchase from the brand.Unfortunately, on this order I specifically ordered a women’s T-shirt but was sent a men’s fit instead. I contacted the company and was asked to provide photos of the tags. After not hearing back, I had to follow up, at which point I was apologised to and told that my original email had not been seen and had been misplaced.It then took around a month to receive a full response, only to be told that the T-shirt was “unisex.” This was disappointing, as I had deliberately ordered a women’s cut. I was also not offered any compensation, and the apology felt quite limited given the delay and the outcome.It’s a shame, as the quality of the clothing is excellent, but the handling of this issue has made me reluctant to order again.
