The hoodies are super warm and fluffy! The designs are also really amazing. Same goes for customer service! I had some issues with the shipping process (my own fault) and Rosalie from Neomachi was able to help me out quickly. I can absolutely recommend this shop ☺️ Thanks again for the help!
