Edited:thank you for the refund.I purchased a hoodie from them on April 4th.I was interested in the theme and style of their brand, so I decided to give it a try.3 weeks later, and the item wasn't shipped yet.I had to reach them multiple times via different platforms (even leaving them a message on the comment section on Instagram) and waited a few more weeks to receive a response and an update on my order.the hoodie came 6 weeks later, just to be completely disappointed about the quality of the product.the ink seems faded due to some printing quality issue.Also, the package was complete trash. no packaging, no label, no thank you letter, no stickers.. just a bland, generic transparent plastic bag inside the delivery bag (the hoodie didn't even look folded properly, lmao!).I recently reached them out again about the issue with the quality of the print (over 3 weeks ago). I am still waiting to this very moment for a refund or an exchange. I truly want to give independent creators a chance and show them support, but with these guys, the amount of issues I had to deal with from my first experience was just too frustrating. unless I am getting this problem fixed, I don't know how I could buy anything else from them in the future (especially when I look at the price of their products, there are way more options out there in the market with way lower prices too).
