After my first bad experience, I contacted Rosalie who did everything to help me out. I received new T-shirts and the quality of them is nice and the print is vibrant enough. I can now say that I am happy with my purchase.I do have to take half a star out for the print on the back being quite small compared to the print on Neomachi shirts from EMP. That might be my personal taste though.Another half a star out for the fact that the issue I had in the first place is still not addressed anywhere and I've seen a few reviews that pointed this issue out as well - There was a batch of T-shirts that were from a different supplier and the fabric was thinner and not very nice. Apparently, there was a shortage that has been sorted out now, but I can see that there are still a few of these thin T-shirts in stock. Now I was able to sort this out with Rosalie and I am now satisfied with the product, but some people might've received this thinner shirt and just thought that the quality is bad and they will now never come back, which is a shame. Be wary of this as you can't see this info on the website and if your T-shirt is of a different brand (currently Stanley/Stella) than what they describe on the website, make sure to contact support and you will be able to sort it out.UPDATE 26.10.2024: I got an email saying that they have a 48 free shipping so I went on their website, thinking i will use this promo but I could see that all T-shirts went up in price and the price hike is almost like the shipping fee. I was happy with how the store owner handeled my situation but this is just shady. I will check the prices after the promo ends and edit my review further.
