I have ordered a hoodie from this company, it was expensive. So I was hoping they would be providing a good service. They sent me a T- Shirt, they printed the label as a T-Shirt.I have tried to contact them at;returns@ neomachi.comsupport@ neomachi.comhello@ neomachi.comBut every email is bounced back as "Address Not Found". I will be doing an indemnity claim against the payment if they dont respond within 24 hours.Edit: There seems to be an issue with the emails not going through. Had a personal phone call from Rosalie assuring me that a new order is on its way. Changed from a 1 Star to a 3 Star, when this arrives I will change to a 5 star.Edit 2: Very happy with the follow up customer service, the product has finally arrived and will be a fantastic summer hoody. Apart from the initial issues contacting them, they have followed up on their customer service and have more than redeemed themselves with letting me keep the T shirt that was sent out wrong. I will be ordering from them again with this kind of customer care. 5 Stars.
